Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 24 hours, Monday through Friday. Orders ship from Brooklyn, NY 11236, unless the product description says otherwise.

Processing Time

We process orders within 24 hours of the order being placed, Monday through Friday. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or a holiday are processed the next business day. Processing time is separate from transit time.

Where We Ship

We ship to addresses in the United States.

Shipping Rates and Carriers

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout from the weight, size and destination of your order. We ship with USPS, UPS, FedEx and regional carriers. We pick the carrier for each package.

Delivery Time

Delivery estimates are shown at checkout. They are estimates and are not guaranteed. Weather, carrier delays and holidays can add time.

Tracking

You get an email with a tracking number when your order ships. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to update.

Bulk and Oversize Orders

Large orders may ship in more than one box or on a pallet. If your order needs freight delivery, we will contact you to confirm the delivery details before it ships.

Packing Slips and Blind Shipping

We can include a custom printed packing slip with your order. Blind shipping is also available. A blind shipment shows no BoxHero name and no pricing on the package or the slip. Ask for either one in the order notes at checkout, or email supplies@boxhero.com before the order ships.

Items Shipped by Our Partners

Some items ship directly from our supplier partners. These items may arrive in a separate package with their own tracking number.

Address Changes

Check your address before you place the order. Email supplies@boxhero.com right away if it needs to change. We cannot change an address after the order ships.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If tracking shows delivered and you do not have the package, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. If your order arrives damaged, see our Return and Refund Policy. Damage must be reported within 7 days of delivery, with photos.
