This policy explains what personal information BoxHero Supply collects, how we use it and who we share it with. BoxHero Supply is operated by BoxHero Logistics Corp., 905 Remsen Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11236.

Information We Collect

  • Contact details. Name, email, phone number, billing address and shipping address.
  • Order details. Items you buy, order history, returns and messages you send us.
  • Payment details. Payments are processed by Shopify and its payment partners. We do not see or store your full card number.
  • Account details. Your login email and saved addresses, if you create an account.
  • Device and usage data. IP address, browser type, pages viewed and how you reached the store. This is collected with cookies and similar tools.

How We Use It

  • To process, ship and support your orders
  • To send order confirmations, tracking and service messages
  • To answer questions and handle returns
  • To prevent fraud and keep the store secure
  • To improve the store and our products
  • To send marketing emails or texts, if you signed up for them

Who We Share It With

  • Shopify. Our store runs on Shopify. Shopify stores and processes your information to run the store and checkout.
  • Payment processors. To take payment and screen for fraud.
  • Shipping carriers. To deliver your order.
  • Supplier partners. Some items ship directly from our supplier partners. They receive your name, shipping address and order details to fulfill those items.
  • Service providers. Email, analytics, advertising and customer support tools that work on our behalf.
  • Authorities. When the law requires it, or to protect our rights and our customers.

We do not sell your personal information for money.

Cookies

The store uses cookies to keep items in your cart, remember your preferences and measure how the store is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the store may not work without them.

Marketing Messages

We send marketing emails and texts only if you sign up. Every email has an unsubscribe link. Reply STOP to any text to stop texts.

Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Ask what personal information we hold about you
  • Ask us to correct or delete it
  • Ask for a copy of it
  • Opt out of the sharing of your information for targeted advertising

To make a request, email supplies@boxhero.com. We will confirm your identity before we act on it. We will not treat you differently for using these rights.

How Long We Keep It

We keep order records for as long as we need them for accounting, tax and legal reasons. You can ask us to delete your information at any time. We will delete what the law lets us delete.

Security

We use reasonable measures to protect your information. No system is fully secure, and we cannot guarantee security.

Children

The store is for business owners and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Terms of Service

These terms apply to every visit and every order on BoxHero Supply. The store is operated by BoxHero Logistics Corp. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Who Can Order

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. If you order for a business, you confirm you are allowed to act for it.

Products and Pricing

Prices are in US dollars and can change without notice. Sizes, weights and colors are listed as accurately as we can. Small differences can occur. If a price or listing is wrong, we may correct it and cancel any order placed at the wrong price. We will refund you in full if we cancel.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when it ships. We may refuse, limit or cancel an order, including orders that look like fraud or exceed stock on hand. If we cancel after payment, we refund the full amount.

Bulk Pricing and Quotes

Bulk tiers are shown on the product page and apply automatically at the listed quantities. Items marked Quote are priced by request. A quote is valid for the period stated on it.

Custom Packaging

Custom printed and branded packaging is made to order. You confirm you own or have the right to use any logo or artwork you send us. Production starts after you approve the proof. Custom orders cannot be cancelled or returned after proof approval, unless the item is defective.

Payment

Payment is due at checkout. Payments are processed by Shopify and its payment partners. You agree to give current and accurate billing information.

Shipping and Returns

Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy. Returns are covered by our Return and Refund Policy. Both are part of these terms.

Discount Codes and Promotions

One discount code per order unless the offer says otherwise. Codes have no cash value and cannot be applied to past orders. Codes earned in the Supply Run game follow the same rules. We may end or change a promotion at any time.

Product Use

You are responsible for choosing the right supplies for what you ship. We are not responsible for damage to goods you pack or ship using our products.

Accounts

You are responsible for activity on your account. Keep your password private. Tell us right away if you think someone else has used it.

Our Content

The BoxHero name, logo, artwork, game and store content belong to BoxHero Logistics Corp. You may not copy or reuse them without written permission.

Warranty Disclaimer

Products and the store are provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we make no other warranties, express or implied.

Limit of Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim tied to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost sales.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any dispute will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Kings County, New York.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. The terms in effect when you place an order apply to that order.
